Richard Sayers is an independent consultant, facilitator and trainer with a specialist practice in the library, information and not-for-profit sectors.

He is also a published historian specialising in corporate histories and anniversary publications.

Prior to establishing his own consultancy, Richard worked as an executive in the not-for-profit sector for five years, and as a library and information manager in government agencies and universities for nearly fifteen years. In December 2010, he was appointed to the Board of Public Libraries Australia Ltd (PLA).

Richard’s professional mission is always to enhance capability – working creatively and collaboratively to help people and their organisations grow.
